Recommended Maximum Print Sizes From Your Digital Camera Our expert technicians and special software are capable of making some pretty amazing enlargements (click here for an example of our quality), however, there are limitations. We can enlarge your images to bigger sizes (especially if they are viewed a greater distances), but these are the maximum print sizes we recommend for each digital camera image (rounded to the nearest inch):

Most "2 MegaPixel" Digital Cameras have these specifications:
	1.83 actual MegaPixels (1,830,000 picture element image sensors) 5.49 Megabytes (in RGB color) 1600 x 1200 pixels We recommend a maximum print size of about 20" x 27"
Most "3 MegaPixel" Digital Cameras have these specifications:
	3.00 actual MegaPixels (3,000,000 picture element image sensors) 9 Megabytes (in RGB color) 2048 x 1536 pixels We recommend a maximum print size of about 24" x 23"
Most "4 MegaPixel" Digital Cameras have these specifications:
	3.69 actual MegaPixels (3,690,000 picture element image sensors) 11.1 Megabytes (in RGB color) 2272 x 1704 pixels We recommend a maximum print size of about 27" x 36"
Most "5 MegaPixel" Digital Cameras have these specifications:
	4.69 actual MegaPixels (4,690,000 picture element image sensors) 14.1 Megabytes (in RGB color) 2560 x 1920 pixels We recommend a maximum print size of about 30" x 40"

NOTE: These recommended maximum print sizes are based on normal print viewing distances for prints of this size. Smaller print sizes are recommended for more critical print applications. Larger prints sizes can be made than these recommendations, when size is more important than image quality.
